Straight answers about towing, roadside assistance and repairs at 4501 Stenton Avenue. If your question is not here, call us and ask.
Light duty towing for cars and SUVs, medium duty towing for box trucks and work vans, flatbed towing for damage-free transport, and accident recovery. We also handle vehicle relocations, breakdown towing and roadside assistance. Whether you are on a highway, a side street or a job site, we have the right truck for it.
Yes. We run towing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Breakdowns, accidents and roadside emergencies do not keep business hours, so neither does our dispatch. Whatever time you call, someone picks up and a truck gets moving.
Our trucks are spread across the city rather than sitting at one yard, which is what keeps wait times down. In most cases we can have a truck to you in minutes depending on traffic and distance. When you call, you speak to a dispatcher who knows where the trucks actually are, not an answering service.
Cars, SUVs, pickups, motorcycles, cargo vans and box trucks. We tow up to 10,000 pounds on our standard units and have medium and heavy duty trucks available for heavier work. Luxury, lowered and all-wheel drive vehicles go on a flatbed so nothing drags and no driveline gets damaged.
Yes. Low ceilings, tight ramps and narrow city blocks are normal work for us, and our operators pick the truck based on where the vehicle actually is. Tell the dispatcher the situation when you call and we will send the unit that fits.
We do, including as an approved Philadelphia Police rotation towing provider. Our crews clear the vehicle, handle the scene properly and get you and your car moving without adding to a bad day.
Yes, and it is the easiest way to do it. The truck brings your vehicle to our own service center, the technicians look at it there, and you deal with one shop from breakdown to finished repair instead of coordinating between a towing company and a garage.
Jump starts, flat tire changes, lockout assistance and fuel delivery. If the problem can be solved where you are parked, we solve it there and you keep driving. If it cannot, the truck is already on scene and we tow from there.
Yes. Call the towing line and give the dispatcher the vehicle, the location and whether anyone or any pet is inside, because that changes how fast we move and who else needs to be called.
We are a contracted roadside provider for AAA. If you are a member and you called AAA, there is a good chance one of our trucks is what shows up.
Computer diagnostics, brake service, oil changes, tires, Pennsylvania state inspection, custom exhaust, suspension, electrical work, and engine and transmission repair up to full rebuilds. Certified technicians, all makes and models.
An appointment gets you a faster turnaround, so we recommend booking. We do take walk-ins based on what the bays look like that day, and we will always try to fit in something urgent.
Yes. We diagnose first, then tell you what is wrong, what it will cost and what can wait. Nothing gets done that you did not agree to.
We do, in-house. If your vehicle needs work to pass, we quote it before we start rather than surprising you at pickup.
Check the deals page before you book. We run coupons and service specials on the routine work most drivers need anyway, including oil changes, brakes, rotations and alignments.
Philadelphia County, Montgomery County and Bucks County, plus the surrounding Pennsylvania areas. That includes Center City and Northeast Philadelphia through King of Prussia, Norristown, Willow Grove, Conshohocken and Blue Bell.
Towing runs 24 hours a day, every day. The repair shop is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and closed weekends. So if you break down at 3am we will come get the vehicle, and the shop picks it up when it opens.
Yes. We handle both local and long distance work, so a vehicle that needs to travel well outside the city is not a problem. Call the towing line with the pickup and destination and we will quote it.
We do. Contractors, delivery companies and fleet operators use us for scheduled moves and for the unscheduled ones, across passenger vehicles, box trucks, cargo vans and work trucks.
We are a contracted AAA roadside provider, an authorized U-Haul rental and service point, and an approved Philadelphia Police rotation towing provider. Those relationships exist because we show up and do the work properly.
Yes. We are a U-Haul point at 4501 Stenton Avenue, with local and one-way rentals, and you can reserve ahead for a quicker pickup.
Call the towing line for anything on the road and the shop line for repair work. Tell us the vehicle, where it is and what happened, and you will get a straight answer on price and timing.

You get a dispatcher who knows where the trucks are, not a call center reading from a script.
